Certification
Bearing in mind our clients' expectations and satisfaction, as well as our care for the environment, DSN DOLSIN has implemented a quality management system based on the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008 and environmental management system based on the requirements of EN ISO 14001:2004. Compliance with these standards is confirmed by a certificate issued by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.
First quality management system certification took place already in 2000. The environmental management system was implemented and certified in 2009.
The scope of the integrated management system includes the design and production of electro-technical, metal and brush products, plastics processing, as well as trade and services.
The adopted quality and environmental management policy regarding the operation and development of an integrated management system results from the company's mission and strategy. It is steadily implemented by setting and achieving strategic and operational objectives.
The overarching goal of the integrated management system is to meet the requirements of the client, to make effort in order to increase client satisfaction, but also care for the environment, as well as meeting the requirements and continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
Execution of the integrated management system policy and its subsequent objectives is the responsibility of all DSN DOLSIN employees.
